What happens to my ₹1,000?

It holds your machine slot and is adjusted in your final bill. [[ Say when it is refunded, e.g. in full if we cannot cut your design, or if you cancel before cutting starts. ]]

What if the cut does not match what I wanted?

We send you the toolpath preview on WhatsApp and cut only after you approve it. [[ Your redo policy if a piece does not match the approved drawing. ]]

MDF or HDHMR: which should I choose?

HDHMR is denser and handles moisture better, so it suits doors and pieces near water. MDF carves crisply and suits dry walls and panels. We name the board on every quote.

Will it get termites or swell with moisture?

PU seals the carved face and edges, which keeps moisture out. Keep carved pieces off wet floors and away from direct water. [[ Confirm the board brand and whether it is sold as termite resistant, and any warranty you give. ]]

How do I clean a PU finish?

Dust with a soft dry cloth and wipe marks with a damp one. Avoid harsh cleaners and scrubbers on gloss and gold. [[ Confirm, and add your finish warranty. ]]

How long does it take?

Cutting is booked by slot. PU needs time to cure: the mirror-black Venkateswara finish alone takes about fifteen days. [[ Typical lead times for a mandir backdrop, a door and a rafter wall. ]]

Do you deliver and fix in Hyderabad?

You can collect from us, or we deliver. [[ Confirm: is fixing included, and what does delivery cost in Hyderabad? ]]

Do I get a GST bill?

Prices on this site are plus 18% GST, and the GST is shown on your bill. [[ Confirm a GST invoice is issued for every order, and add your GSTIN to the footer. ]]

Can I see the work before I order?

Ask on WhatsApp and we send photos and videos of similar pieces from our CNC and PU booth at our Bollaram factory. [[ Can customers visit the factory, and when? ]]
