Terms of sale

The terms for orders placed with Kalakrti Design Studio (proprietor: Vedantam Rishith Anand). Last updated 23 October 2026.

Prices

Prices on this site are for the sizes and boards stated, before packing (5%) and GST (18%) unless the price says otherwise. Your written quote on WhatsApp lists every charge and is the price you pay.

Booking

A booking amount of ₹1,000 reserves your CNC machine slot and is adjusted in your final bill. See Refunds and cancellation for when it is refunded.

Approval before cutting

We send you the toolpath preview on WhatsApp. We cut only after you approve it, and we make the piece to the drawing you approved.

Payment

The balance is paid as stated on your quote.

Colour and finish

PU shades on screen are close to, but not exactly, the finished colour. Ask for a sample if the exact shade matters. Wood-based boards can show small natural variation.

Your designs

Designs you send us stay yours. We do not sell them or use them for other customers.

Warranty

Report any damage in transit within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can put it right.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad have jurisdiction. Please speak to our grievance officer first: details on the Contact page.
