What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and area or city, when you fill in a form on this site.
• Whatever you choose to send us on WhatsApp, phone or email: sizes, photos of your wall or door, design files and notes.
• Whether you ticked the box to get new designs and offers on WhatsApp.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request, give you a price, confirm your slot, make and deliver your order, and send your bill.
• To send you new designs and offers on WhatsApp, only if you ticked the box. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell your details. Our forms open WhatsApp on your phone; nothing reaches us until you press Send there. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.

Measuring our ads

We may use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, and Microsoft Clarity, to count visits and see which ads bring enquiries. These tools use cookies and may record how pages are used. You can block them in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply and to serve your order, and order and billing records for as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent for offers, by writing to kalakrtidesignstudio@gmail.com or messaging +91 83673 93001. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to our grievance officer (below) and, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the Data Protection Board of India.
