Refunds and cancellation

What happens to your money if plans change. Last updated 23 October 2026.

The ₹1,000 booking amount

• It is adjusted in your final bill.
• If we cannot cut your design, or we cancel your slot, we refund it in full.
• If you cancel before we start cutting, we refund it in full.
• Once you have approved the toolpath preview and we have started cutting, it is not refundable, because the board and machine time are used for your order.

After cutting starts

Pieces are made to your size and design, so we cannot take them back once cut, except where they do not match the drawing you approved. In that case we redo or repair the piece.

Damage in transit

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. We repair or replace the damaged piece.

How refunds are paid

To the same UPI or bank account you paid from, within 7 working days of the refund being agreed.
